Vendor Registration - Buchanan Pride on the Common 2025

Thank you for your interest in vending at Buchanan Pride, Sunday, June 29th, 2025. Last year we had over 1,000 atendees and 30 vendors! The event is at The Common, 122 Days Avenue, Buchanan. We’ve added more fun with a Samba performance and Samba lessons!


Schedule of Events:

  • 12-1 pm: Vendor Load-in

  • 1:00 pm: Vendor Market opens

  • 2:00 pm: Samba Dance Performance by Cultural Arts Everywhere

  • 2:45 pm: Samba Dance Lessons by Cultural Arts Everywhere

  • 4-5 pm: DJ Chuck Fry

  • 5-7 pm: UltraFab Band

  • 7-8 pm: DJ Chuck Fry


FAQ:


Vendor applications: We are currently accepting vendor applications. No payment due at this time. Complete the application and submit to buchananpride@thebasc.org or complete the webform at www.buchananpride.com . If you want to speak with someone, please call Steve Raglin, 312- 310-1148, or you may email buchananpride@thebasc.org.


Vendor confirmations: We will confirm vendors on a monthly basis. At that time, your fee is due in order to secure your spot, as well as information for a background check in order to ensure a safe event for all.


Electricity: We have a limited number of booths with electric. These are in the Farmers Market structure and have a fixed table/platform that tilts towards the customer side for product visibility.


Load-out: Vendors are expected to keep their booths open until 7 p.m, at which time load-out may start. The event concludes at 8 p.m.


Promotion: The Buchanan Pride website is at www.buchananpride.com and Facebook page is htps://www.facebook.com/BuchananPride (no space between “Buchanan” and “Pride”. Vendors are promoted on the website and social media, so make sure to like & share!

Please Select a Vendor Option:
Single vendor booth, 10’ x 10’ tent space: $50
Double vendor booth, 10x20 text space: $100
Non-profit/religious organizations: $35
Food Truck: $100 (Note: must use silent generator or on-site electric)
Single booth w/ electric: $75 (Note: built-in table & canopy)
Donation/Small Business Pride Supporter: $____ (Donate to Buchanan Pride and receive extra exposure with dedicated social medial posts and announcements at event.)

We are taking applications with no payment. We will inform you by end of April if you are confirmed as a vendor, at which time payment will be due. If you have questions, email buchananpride@thebasc.org.

The event has grown greatly over the past two years, with over 1,000 attendees in 2024 and over 30 vendors!


This event is produced by Buchanan Area Senior Center, a 501c3 nonprofit. We have many sponsorship options for the 2025 event, as described below. If you have other sponsorship ideas, we would love to work with you on developing a great option.


Sponsorship benefits: Sponsors will be acknowledged in all print material, press releases, on digital platforms (facebook, Instagram and www.buchananpride.com) and in announcements at the event. Sponsors also get a 10x10 booth space at the event.
