BASC Legacy recognizes those individuals who have remembered the BASC in their life planning; either though estate planning or with an “advanced directive” stating their intention to remember the BASC at their passing.

A bequest can be in various forms. You decide how to do this and can change your decision at any time. The two most common ways are:
-
You and your advisor can use this simple language in your will or trust for an outright bequest: “I give, devise and bequest (define dollar amount, percent of residuary, or property to be given) to the BASC, a non-profit organization.
-
An “advanced directive” informs descendants of your intention to designate memorial gifts to the BASC.
