Vendor Form

We are accepting vendor applications for the 2025 Pride on the Common and you have two options to register for a booth:

  1. You may complete and submit the vendor web form below, and we will contact you by the end of April with your vendor fees if your application has been approved.

  2. If you prefer to complete a fillable pdf and have an invoice emailed to you after reviewing your application, please click this link.

Vendor Registration - Buchanan Pride on the Common 2025

Thank you for your interest in Buchanan Pride, which has grown to over 1,000 attendees and 30 vendors! Buchanan Pride is a committee of Buchanan Area Senior Center, a nonprofit 501c3 org.

Please Select a Vendor Option:
Single vendor booth, 10’ x 10’ tent space: $50
Double vendor booth, 10x20 text space: $100
Food Truck: $100 (Note: must use silent generator or on-site electric)
Single booth w/ electric: $75 (Note: built-in table & canopy)
Donation/Small Business Pride Supporter: $____ (Donate to Buchanan Pride and receive extra exposure with dedicated social medial posts and announcements at event.)

We are taking applications with no payment. We will inform you by end of April if you are confirmed as a vendor, at which time payment will be due. If you have questions, email buchananpride@thebasc.org.
